2. Send us your PDF file
For vibrant and quality print, PDF file with the below requirements are strongly recommended:

Mode : CMYK
-
Bleed : 5mm from crop mark
(Bleed is the area to be trimmed off)
3. Check proof
You may choose to check the e-proof or hardcopy yourself or we can check it for you. Your choice!
4. Output plates
After final check of imposition and colour separation, we will render data and output plates based on CMYK.
5. Print
After trimming paper, we will load paper and plates to start printing. Operators will ensure registration is aligned and colour is matched with the proof. Constant quality check will be done throughout the printing process.
6. Fold
Big sheet printed paper will then be folded according to signatures to get ready for binding.
7. Bind
Depending on your requirement, you may opt for saddle stitch for thinner books or lock bind / thread sewn for thicker books.
8. Trim
Three sides of the book will be cut off and the book is ready for reading. A final quality check will be done before packing.
9. Deliver
Books can be packed with wrapping paper or cartons, and it's ready to go!
